Return Policy

The following applies to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Four North Stockholm AB, company registration number 559232-4338, Östermalmsgatan 12, 114 26 Stockholm, Sweden, hereinafter referred to as “Four North”, "us" or ”we”, via the website voguescandinavia.com/store (the “Platform”).

Charges for returns?


When returning an item you will receive a complete refund for the returned item, however, customer must pay for shipping when returning an item. Vogue Scandinavia will pay the costs of return:
• if the products are faulty or misdescribed; or
• if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.


In all other circumstances, you must pay the costs of return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service.


How to return an item

To return an item please send it to the return address printed on the box. The return must include the following information:

  • Your name and address
  • Order number
  • Customer number
  • Email address


What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days from the date you received the last item(s) in your order. Returned items must be in original condition and the seal must not be broken. Returned clothing must be unwashed and unworn with no discernible marks and in the original packaging with labels and hangtags attached.


If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products you must visit the returns portal as detailed on the returns note, fill in the required details to receive your pre-paid returns barcode and post them back to us using the pre-paid returns barcode and specified returns provider.


If there is a problem with the product

If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back).


If you have any questions or complaints about the product, please contact us. If a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. You can write to us at customerservice@voguescandinavia.com.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If the returned item is approved, we will continue to process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.


If you have chosen to pay via Klarna, you will receive information regarding refunds directly from Klarna. For any questions concerning refunds via Klarna, please contact Klarna.


Four North AB reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.


How we will refund you.
We will refund you by the same method you used for payment. However, in certain cases we may make deductions from the price, as described below.


Deductions from refunds
If you are exercising your right to change your mind, we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. Alternatively, if a product is returned to us worn, used, damaged or in an unsaleable condition, we may not be able to give you a refund and we may have to send the product back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.


If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity, for example if we suspect that you are wearing and returning products or ordering and returning unusual volumes of products, we may suspend your access to the Platform without liability to you, if in our reasonable opinion, such action is necessary for safeguarding the Platform. If you believe your account has been mistakenly suspended, or if you have any complaints regarding returns or refunds, please contact us via email.
